Would you like to experience a wonderful sense of relaxation, wellbeing and vitality? Take this opportunity to learn an ancient form of traditional bodywork that has been used for many centuries in Japan for relaxation and martial arts injuries.

Zen Shiatsu is a powerful, safe and effective way of supporting our innate healing powers of recuperation. Although literally translated as Shi = finger, atsu = pressure, this wonderfully effective form of bodywork, also includes gentle stretches, movement and corrective exercises.
